Afresh and exciting interpretation of music from jazz standards to the americanpopular song. According to TalkinBroadway.com, she "sings with integrity andcommitment" and is "quite riveting." The show is directed by the incrediblytalented Lina Koutrakos and musically directed by the incomparable Rick Jensen. Hailing from Chesterland, Ohio, Clarice Mazanec has been singing since before she could walk. Classically trained at Northwestern University, she has found success ina variety of roles that span the stages of theatre and classical opera. Also anaccomplished cellist, she has performed with some of the world's greatest includingThe Cleveland Orchestra, Yo Yo Ma, Bryn Terfel, and Mirella Freni. After attending the Yale Cabaret Conference, she was a semifinalist in the Metrostar Talent Challenge and most recently performed in New York Music Theatre Festival's HOT AND SWEET, and in Barefoot Theatre Company's production of Israel Horovitz' 2ND VIOLIN.
