Two singers. Two moods. One night.  Jazz singers Dexter Porter and Shirley Crabbe are pleased to be making their Metropolitan Room debut by performing an evening of celebrated songs from the great American Songbook. In this one-hour show, two singers will perform, each one unique, and engaging. One, known for his sophisticated and witty song styling and the other for her stunning, lyrical voice. The night’s selections will captivate you with songs from Dexter Porter’s debut album "Crazy She Calls Me"  and his soon to be released self-titled CD project. Shirley’s set will include songs about love and longing from her forthcoming CD, "Skylark".  Both singers will be accompanied by a jazz trio, led by pianist, Donald Vega.
