“Jenna Esposito Sings Connie Francis”is an engaging and endearing time capsule that revisits the musical world one of the most beloved and best-selling female vocalists of the 20th Century. Directed by Lennie Watts with musical direction by Fortune Esposito, the show features a five piece band and backup singers, complete with period vocal arrangements. Jenna explores the ups and downs of Connie’s legendary career, her hidden love with fellow teen idol Bobby Darin and Jenna's touching personal story of meeting the great lady herself. Like Connie’s eclectic output, the
show ranges from pop hits such as “Where The Boys Are,” “Stupid Cupid“ and “Who's Sorry Now,” to rock and roll classics to numbers from her landmark foreign language albums.
