Caesar Sings Nat "King" Cole

Caesar Sings "Nat King" Cole for Today's Audience

Nothing makes for a cozier evening than the rich strains of Nat Cole, especially when delivered by acclaimed baritone vocalist Caesar. With constant flashes of a huge, bright smile not unlike Cole’s, Caesar, a Chicago native, enraptures audiences with deep, spellbinding vocals that have been compared to the King's, with his own interpretation and style that compares to no-one, but is essentially and superbly.....Caesar.

Caesar's voice is a direct link to the Golden Age of true vocal artistry, possessing the rare ability to sing in multiple languages, he can go from singing unplugged to swinging with a big band. He got his first break when he nailed an audition for Julio Iglesias at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, becoming the first and only baritone vocalist to perform and tour with the legendary performer on his Tango World Tour.

Caesar's debut album “Jazz Standards for Today's Audience” features some of the best musicians in the industry and was recorded at Capitol Studios - Hollywood, in Studio A, (the house that Nat built), using the original microphone and Steinway piano Nat "King" Cole used in the 1950s. Caesar's project was engineered by 23-Time Grammy Winner - Al Schmitt who engineered Natalie Cole's Unforgettable album featuring her father. Caesar has toured, shared the stage and recorded with: Lou Rawls, Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clark, George Duke, Al Jarreau, Ronnie Laws, Rachelle Farrell, Kirk Whalum, Gerald Albright, and Peter White, just to name a few. So keep your ears tuned to the smooth sophisticated sound of Caesar.
