Join us for some authentic Catskill Entertainment from yesteryears in celebrating an era that changed the World and entertainment forever! In tribute to the Borscht Belt, a time and place long gone, we are celebrating how The Catskills came to be and the influence it had on culture and lifestyle.
Join Warren, Bernie, Meg, Adam and Ann who will tell strories and entertain you just like the good ole days, with live music, singers and "sthiky" comedy. that was the mainstay at the Catskill Mountains during the 1940s through the 1970s.
If you remember the entertainment at the well-known resorts, the likes of Brickman's, Brown's, The Concord, Grossinger's, Granit, the Heiden Hotel, Irvington, Kutsher's Hotel and Country Club, the Nevele, Friar Tuck Inn, The Laurels Hotel and Country Club, The Pines Resort, Raleigh, the Overlook, the Tamarack Lodge, Stevensville and the Windsor? Then get ready to reminice and sing along. You'll want to dance and you'll definitely plotz.

Warren has performed in many of the Catskill resorts and more recently been performing on stages from New York to LA for over two decades. He has played lead singing roles in many stock and Off Broadway performances. Warren is also a actor and voice-over artist for TV and Radio. He has recorded for such well know advertisers as The History Channel, Nickelodeon, WPLJ Radio, AMC, M&M’s and A&E.
Bernie grew up as a youngster staying at many of the Catskill resorts with his parents and was always facinated by the comedy and entertainment of what created life-long memories and impressions. His influence on the comedy he's performed over the years, was the old Jewish-style comedy, the likes of Jackie Mason and Henny Youngman. Bernie will be story-telling and doing some shtick from the incomparable Henny Youngman.
Singer/songwriter, cabaret performer and author Meg Flather is a two time BroadwayWorld Award nominee, two time Backstage Bistro and MAC Award-winning performer who has garnered glowing reviews from top New York entertainment publications and websites. Meg is often compared vocally, lyrically and stylistically to legendary singer/songwriters: Joni Mitchell, Carly Simon, Annie Lennox and Suzanne Vega. Meg has released seven CDs of her original music (all of which are available on iTunes), and she has written and recorded songs for independent films, the Off-Broadway show Acts of Love, and on behalf of Alzheimer’s, Autism and suicide awareness.
Adam B. Shapiro, the bearded, leather-loving teddy bear Bella from HBO’s The Normal Heart is a 2013 MAC Award winner for Musical Comedy performer. He has performed on hundreds of stages and seen on many TV shows and has a Yiddishkeit background that will come through in his portion of The Borscht Belch, A Repeat Performance.
ANN DAWSON, Bistro Award winning singer for her show Traveling Solo, was working in a box office Off Broadway when she met a manager who began booking her in nightclubs. Since then she has performed internationally in clubs and hotels and earned critical acclaim. Ann has also appeared Off Broadway in Literary Disruption, Mamaleh! and Dorothy Parker: A Montage and in regional/stock productions of Follies, Cabaret, Annie Get Your Gun, Zorba, My Fat Friend, Fiddler on the Roof and Funny Girl. Playing Fanny Brice inspired her to write and perform her one-woman-show, The Ladies with Talent, Taste & Chutzpah, A Tribute to Fanny Brice, Barbra Streisand, Molly Picon and Sophie Tucker, all across the country. TV appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Last of the Ninth (HBO Pilot) and Ryan’s Hope as well as the film Sordid Things are other credits.
