La Vie Sauvage

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Miami, Florida, a bilingual vocalist, songwriter, dancer, film maker, and powerhouse performer Natalie Fernandez comes from a lineage of passionate performers. Fernandez quickly realized in her youth that she could convey and impact an audience onstage. "So, I made the decision that this was going to be my life’s work,” said Fernandez. “I won many awards as a young vocalist and began performing in various shows around the U.S.”

Fernandez went on to graduate from Berklee College of Music, where she performed with masters such as Chaka Khan, Ruben Blades, Anita Baker, Juan Luis Guerra, and Sheila E. Recently as a backing vocalist in New York for Diego Torres, Carlos Vives and Juanes. In Los Angeles, she had the opportunity to work with producers such as Humberto Gatica, Sebastian J., David "DQ" Quiñones (The Writing Camp), Kenny O'Brien, and Dany Tomas.
In 2013, she released a critically acclaimed afro-tango album with pianist Zaccai Curtis entitled "Nuestro Tango" (Truth Revolution Records) featuring trumpeter Christian Scott and Philip Dizack, The Curtis Brothers, Richard Scofano on bandoneon that is available on iTunes. Following the critically acclaimed release, Fernandez went on to direct, produce, and write an accompanying series of music videos to "Nuestro Tango". Starring Fernandez, AC Lincoln, choreography by Diego Blanco and Ana Padron (Tango For All), and cinematography by Lorenzo Zanini, Hector Pereyra, Stephanie Williams, and Willie Bruno.
Fernandez currently resides both in New York City and Los Angeles, CA.
