MY LIFE IN SONG 

As a professional singer, Paul Rhodes has entertained at the highest levels both in the UK and Europe. Paul's singing career started after being trained by Ottaker Kraus at Covent Garden. This training developed Paul's own natural Baritone/tenor voice into the rich voice that is Paul Rhodes to sing Swing, Musicals, Ballads and Blues.


The experience and maturity that Paul brings to a performance assures you of a great and varied show for all audiences with stories and background information on the songs, shows and the singers. Paul recently appeared in cabaret at The Kensington Roof Garden and Floridita Restaurant London, Caffé Concerto Westfield, Thompson Hotels, Spain Private Hotels with George Prosso Quintet, Gibralter, Paris Clubs with Drew Davis Showband, Special Big Band Show in Paris for the British Ambassador, Theatre Concerts, Restaurants, Clubs , and Corporate Events. 
 
After Winning Opportunity Knocks Paul starred in the West End at the famous 'Latin Quarter Theatre Restaurant' for 3 years in his own shows, 'Paul Rhodes and Guests' and 'Musical Swing Express'. During this time he also often appeared on 'The Good Old Days' for the BBC and British regional TV. 

His career allowed Paul to work with other excellent entertainers such as Acker Bilk, Humphrey Lyttleton Les Dawson, Ronnie Corbett, Shirley Bassey, Danny La Rue, Helen Shapiro, Dorothy Squires, Susan Maughn, Gary Wilmot, Isla Sinclair, Mike Reid, Frank Carson, and Jimmy Cricket.
 
Paul celebrates the songs of the great 'Crooners' both male and female, Swing, Ballads and Dance songs of Tony Bennett, Andy Williams, Michael Buble, Sammy Davis, Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Barbara Streisand, Ella Fitzgerald, Celine Dion, Nat King Cole, also the songs of the top Musicals: West Side Story, Oklahoma, Les Miserable's, My Fair Lady, Chicago, South Pacific and Fiddler on The Roof.
