Matt is a current member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writing Workshop. "How's This Sound!?" is a a seventy-minute cabaret of original musical theatre works he's composed himself and with various collaborators over the years. A night of musical theatre mischief.

Matt Patrick Walsh is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. He is a composer/lyricist, playwright, actor, musician, teacher, and mash-up artist currently residing in Brooklyn. He is currently studying at the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writing Workshop. He's performed in readings with Charles Strouse, Larry Grossman, Larry Fuller, and Pat Birch. His plays, "Fetch," "L.I.E." and "Ladies First" have all been performed in NYC. He plays many musical instruments ranging from guitar to piano to bass to the marimba! He's an accomplished mash-up artist as well.
