When Will I Be Loved?: The Linda Ronstadt 'Hall of Fame' Campaign 2014

Classically trained cross-over diva, Priscilla Bagley, will be celebrating the many hits and wide variety of musical genres conquered by vocal icon, Linda Ronstadt. Song selections will include pop hits That'll Be the Day, You're No Good, Blue Bayou as well as Big Band classics I've Got a Crush On You, What's New and Poor Wandering One from The Pirates of Penzance!

Priscilla Bagley has been professionally employed as a leading lady of both opera and musical theatre, her body of work ranging from the title role in Madama Butterfly and Violetta in La Traviata toRona Lisa Peretti in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Mama Morton in Chicago. She starred in two cabarets in the 2011 Orlando Cabaret Festival, and originated the role of Motherin the world premiere of Requiem for a Young Man by Dove Award winning composer, Ronald Owen in 2012.  Priscilla was “Steppin’ Out with Irving Berlin” at the Winter Park Playhouse to close the year and stepped into her debut of "When Will I Be Loved?:The Linda Ronstadt Hall of Fame Campaign" in 2013.
Priscilla has also been the Soprano Soloist at many prestigious events including The Manhattan Choral Festival at St. John the Divine, the National ACDA Festival in Washington, D.C. and at the Palace Het Loo in the Netherlands. Priscilla has also performed throughout Germany, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance and a Master of Music degree in Music History and Literature, graduating Summa cum laude and chosen Most Outstanding Graduate of the School of Visual and Performing Arts at Long Island University-C.W.Post campus. Priscilla started her nationally renowned voice studio in 1996 and her students are currently performing professionally in opera, musical theatre and the recording industry world-wide.

CHRISTOPHER LEAVY (Music Director) is a freelance music director, accompanist, vocal coach and actor whose professional career spans over 40 years and more than 100 shows.  Now in his seventh season as resident MD at the Winter Park Playhouse in Orlando, FL, Chris is also a pianist and vocal coach at Walt Disney World, and has performed there with the Dapper Dans of Main Street.  At Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure he is an accompanist and actor (Grinchmas).  He has also performed at SAK Comedy Lab, Mad Cow Theatre and Treasure Tavern, and accompanied Sing Live USA and the Orlando Gay Chorus.  Chris performed his award-winning cabaret I’m Just Not That Gay at the Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival, the Kansas City Fringe Festival and Don’t Tell Mama in New York.  Also at Fringe, Chris directed Julie Bunny Must Die! (2010) and Fosgate: Ferret Loan Officer (2012), which was named “Best of the Fest” by the Orlando Sentinel, and garnered a Patrons Pick award, produced T.J. and Mr. Oaksite (Patron’s Pick Award), and accompanied two incarnations of Gay Bar Star with Janine Klein (2010, 2012), Something New with Robbie Pigott (2011), and the revue Since Carrie (2012).  Chris’ national credits include the National Tour of Bathhouse, the Musical, multiple appearances at famed New York City cabaret Don’t Tell Mama, and shows for the Kansas City Crossroads Musical Theatre Festival, Silver Dollar City theme park and the Mansion America (Branson, MO), the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, MA and Portsmouth, NH’s Theatre by the Sea and Seacoast Repertory Theatre.
