Help Is On the Way Today Songwriting Contest
Help Is On the Way Today is looking for an official song for their Charity. After months of submissions, the top ten songwriters have been narrowed down and will perform their songs for the chance to have their song represent Help Is On The Way Today. Joseph Macchia who is an award winning Cabaret Producer and the founder and president of Help Is On The Way Today. After meeting a young boy over 8 years ago living with HIV and Cerebral Palsy who was in need of a new wheelchair and was over looked by several government agencies. He founded this organization which has raised over $104,000 just from cabaret benefit shows.
Joseph is very excited to see who's song will win, so come down on August 11th and help him and a panel of judges make that decision. The Audience will vote along with a panel of singers, writers and more.
The Evening will also feature fabulous cookies by baker Brittany Angélica González. she will be featuring a special cookie created for Help Is On The Way Today. Which can then be ordered that night.

Our mission at Help Is On The Way Today is to raise and distribute funds to NYC based organizations that support children and young adults living with HIV/AIDS; particularly, those with little or no medical coverage and/or financial support. We accomplish this mission, by producing events that promote awareness and raise funds.
Our vision is that organizations like Help Is On The Way Today are no longer necessary; due to our work, children and young adults living with HIV/AIDS will be self sufficient, never denied support and living productive lives.
